Good to know
Your Quooker questions, answered.
Can I keep my existing mixer tap?
Yes. The Nordic Single Tap range provides a separate boiling-water tap alongside a mixer. Nordic Twintaps provide a matching pair. We can help plan the tap positions and worktop cut-outs before manufacture.
Does every Quooker dispense sparkling water?
Sparkling and chilled still water require the optional CUBE system. A boiling-water tank is still needed. For an existing installation, use Quooker’s compatibility checker ↗ before ordering.
How is boiling water controlled?
Quooker uses a double-push-and-turn control and an illuminated warning ring. Flex models prevent boiling water being dispensed when the hose is extended. Boiling water can still cause burns: follow the operating instructions and supervise children. Read Quooker’s safety guidance ↗.
What does it cost to run?
Quooker lists a 10 W standby consumption for its PRO3, COMBI and COMBI+ tanks. Total running costs depend on your electricity tariff and how much water you use; CUBE adds its own consumption. See the manufacturer’s energy specifications ↗.
Can you help match the tap to my worktop?
Yes. Bring your kitchen plans and preferred Quooker model to Rock & Co. We can discuss the finish, sink layout and worktop cut-outs together, with cabinet space and installation details confirmed before manufacture.
