Before we get started

Your trade questions, answered.

Who can enquire about a trade account?

We welcome enquiries from kitchen companies, fitters, builders, developers, architects, interior designers and other businesses specifying worktops. Tell us about your business and the projects you handle.

What should I send for a project quote?

A dimensioned layout, project postcode, preferred material and thickness, edge details, sink and hob cut-outs, splashbacks and your target dates. Include access constraints and quantities for multi-plot projects. You can upload plans through our enquiry form.

Can you work from architectural drawings?

Yes. Rock & Co works with architectural drawings and CAD files, including DXF. Contact the team to agree the information and final measurements needed for your particular project.

How do trade pricing and payment terms work?

Contact the team to discuss the scope and frequency of your projects. Trade account arrangements, pricing and payment terms should be agreed directly before an order is placed.

Can I discuss an urgent or multi-plot project?

Yes. Send the postcode, quantities, material preferences and required dates. The team can review availability and scheduling with you. Installation dates need to be confirmed for each project.

Can we see the surfaces before specifying?
